It is, believe it or not, rhubarb, Rheum rhabarbarum. Two plants with the right plant being over twenty years old. I’m planing to part the plants (the roots gets parted, to be exact) this autumn, I hope that helps.

Illustrated recipe follows in a couple of days. Should not last more than a week if the weather doesn’t get too cold.

    It is Rheum rhabarbarum, common name is Rhubarb. The stems is for rhubarb pie and drinks…leaves is toxic, in old days farmer use the chopped leaves boil in water to spray on plants as pesticide.
